Spoiler

ok im puttin on a high rise spoiler but im havin a major pain in the ass with poppin out the black cap things that hold the carpet to the trunk liner any suggestions?

i used a tool that looked like a screw driver but it had a wide tip with a gap in the middle. not sure what it's called.----=

not sure where we got mine. I'm pretty sure SEARS would have it.

It looks just like a mini pry bar with a screwdriver handle.

thanks guys im gunna go get one tom

oh and any tips on getting the adhesive off the the spoiler i have on i've heard using a heat gun and fishing line would work i just dont want to **** up the pain

that should work fine i just used a heat gun and pulled up slowly took a while. best bet is to use fishing line. then getting the left over off is a bitch, goo gone or hours of working it off with alcohol.

it is a pain in the dick. I used my girls hair dryer to heat up the glue and pulled it off...not a fun project by any means

just get the upolstery removal tool and use that I got mine of real quick I dont know what people are saying about it being a pita, but who knows. The tools are like 10 bucks at autozone.

seriously? clip removal tool from autozone. Best tool in the world and should be in every single persons toolbox
