I like the RKsport 3 piece. But i also like the high rise and wouldn't mind grabbing one. Why do people claim it drags on the car though? Chevy woulnd't put it on if it created such a bad drag..

I have the low-rise and I'm completely fine with it... Its not gay at all, and I don't prefer the wingless. If I could get my hands on a decent high rise I probably would.

 

It apparently creates enough drag to slow down the ss turbocharged's top speed from 160 mph to 152 mph.

 

And honestly, there is no legal place nor NEED to test that crap. It's a wing on an economy car designed for looks. Not rally racing like the EVO/STi's wings.... On these cars, go for what looks good to you

Unless you manage to get it on a pretty large track. But I was only asking cause I read it from somewhere, and didn't necessarily believe it at first.

 

Im going wingless this weekend. Welding up the holes and doing all the prep work to get it ready for paint. I like it much better. Might look alittle plain, but in a way has a "fast back" look from the side. And its a sleeper with nothing on the trunk. Plus im badgeless and unless you know the body style you woundnt know its a ss/sc. Just my .02

I love the high-rise. It just adds that perfect touch, and keeps the rear bumper from looking so long and stretched. It's the perfect off-set.

 

i couldn't stand having the same wing as the LS and LT so i swapped to the high rise.

 

The sleeper look is what I'm going for I'm debadged but still rocking the high rise....and I have that blue/purple color and its a bitch to find a swap for it....I'd like wingless but I'd settle for a low rise...but oh well
