Not only does it make the true SS' look bad but you will get no respect from anyone in the community. Sure, most people won't know the difference, but the people that count (including yourself) will. I bet you won't keep the badges on very long, after a while you'll realize you have a fake and the constant mockery will force you to take off all the badges.

If you wanted an SS, buy one and don't give the argument you didn't have the money...when you've already bought the wing, and are looking to get the turbo...which will lead to rims and suspension (if you want to come even close to a true SS). You obviously have the money.

if you put a turbo or SC in it to make it fast then go for it dont put an SS badge on a car thats not worthy of it...its like honda ppl pputting TYPE R on thjere hondas when there not...

A Cobalt RS DOES sound good.

 

Screw it man, just make it a Cobalt Type-R. It's not an SS and it's never going to be an SS. If you're going the ricer bading route, then Type-R or GT is more fitting.

 

If your gonna make fun of a kid at least do it right. It would be SSSRT-4.

If you are not worried about everyones opinion, then why even post this. If you plan on doing it just do it. I agree with everyone else with the amount of money you are spending, you should have bought an SS. You would be there, if you didn't want one then stop trying to be one.
