ss spoiler question

i'm new here, hope this is the right place i searched and nothing turned up.

are the mounting hols for the factory low spoiler and the high ss spoiler the same they look like the holes ar in the same place. will the poilers interchange without haveing to redrill mounting holes. my new ss supercharged came with the low spoiler instead of the one i wanted.

will they interchange,

thanks

p.s.
does my car come with a shift light and it's just not hooked up, theres a place where it should be but no light comes on, is this something they can fix at the dealer.

so many questions, this is my first cobalt, always been a cavalier guy.

Yes, they should be interchangeable.

The shift light works only on the lower end models. (At least, from what I've seen the are actually hooked up on the LS and LT...

Any other questions feel free to ask!

Welcome to the zoo btw!

i got a s/c ss and i don't have a shift light so it's not broken for you lol and the dealership switched the spoiler from the high profile to the low profile when they put it on the lot for some reason so they changed it back for me for free since i bought the car new and they match right up, no need for new holes or anything welcome to the forum, hope you enjoy your balt as much as i enjoy mine

Yup, the holes are the same. Only difference is on the SS wing the surface area is larger, thus if your car came factory with high spoiler and tried switching to a low one you'll have some paint fade.

All 2.0's have the shift light, it is not utilized for the same thing that the ls, and sports use them for
