SS on steering wheel

i was at my local dealership justa browsing when i saw a Impala SS i thought it was sharp looking but when i looked at the interior it had a SS where the chevrolet emblem goes on our steering wheels I want that so bad.......

It was through a vendor, streetbages, awhile ago, he was gonna make custom steering wheel center caps but just took the money and ran. It would be cool for you SS guys if this fit though

that center cap is one big peice connected to the airbag cover, so the centercap itself is not supposed to come off... it probably does come off somehow but would be very hard to do without damagine it since its made of some cheap thin aluminum or something like that. i know this because i bent mine in my ss and went to the dealership to have it fixed. they had to replace the whole thing, airbag cover, and those ******* are expensive. covered uner warranty though. they wont sell you just the center cap because its not its own part, only comes on the airbag cover...
