My girlfriend just got me mine from makingitdigital.com and it looks amazing! here's a couple pics from my phone, sorry they are low quality but it at least shows how clean and original it looks. for the 05 and 06 cobalts its a 2 1/8" center diameter.

I removed the old one and used a dremel to clean off the back to make it a flat surface for this one to stick to. Didn't even have to use any glue or anything, just the adhesive they have on the back has been working great so far.

they have corvette ones on ebay, http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/05-09...Q5fAccessories. its the same steering wheel so it will fit, kind of expensive though. just thought id let you guys know.

maybe someone could photoshop that on and see what it looks like,

I wanna say 2.5". But I just found a 93 in the junkyard a while back and took the trunk emblem lol. Made the back flat and double sided tape... also my car is imperial blue metallic. It matches well.

if you want to remove the center aluminium chevrolet logo you have to gently pry it out but don,t pry it out near the air bag slot ( 12:30) it is a wheak spot ,don,t think you will put it back because the logo is held in place with 6 legs,once removed just put 2 layer of body tape in the external diameter to put the straight logo in because the profile is round shaped exactly like you see the aluminium logo ,,underneath is a gray hard plastic curved.
