SS/TC grille install

Does anyone know how this installs? I had some of my bumper cut for my heat exchanger and want to know if I can still buy the LNF grille and have it installed?

i had to trim my bumper a little for me HE and my SS/TC grilles still fit. i just cant take it off. lol

if the plastic clips aren't tight enough, the metal ones that go over them should do it, since they have little teeth that bight into the plastic of the bumper
