Steering Wheel Swap Help

So ill cut to the chase. my friend ended up getting tboned in his zo6 the other day and grabbed his steering wheel for me cause he remebered hearing it can swap over. now my question is how hard is it to swap the airbag and everything over to my ls?

i'd ask ur buddy how he got it out of his car and since our wheels are swappable just follow suit as he did. might wanna disconnect the airbag fuse/sensor but i have no idea

I thought that the spline count was different between our wheels and vette wheels. Was this proven wrong?

their swappable i know that but i decided since i unplug my air bag sensor anyway im not putting the airbag back in

well at that point you might as well just get an aftermarket wheel because it's going to look stupid if you don't reinstall the air bag.

nah my dad making a frame that will clip like the airbag but not the weight so when i do my build and all its lightweight
