Stock spark plug cover

I have a lsj sc and I've been wanting to paint the spark plug cover, but I can't get it off.. Is there a special trick or did the dang mechanic tighten it too much last time? Only 4 screws and can't get either one of them to budge... Little help please..
Thanks!

Same thing happened to me becuase the damn mechanic used an air gun to tighten the bolts because its faster, i told him i will never get them out and he said dont worry its a low torque setting, nonetheless, 6 months later i go to pull my plugs and they were tight as hell, i got 3 out by really pulling, the last there was no way because i stripped the cheapo torx bolts so i dremmeled a deep line in the head and used the biggest screw driver i found to open it like that, it worked
