sun roof

can it be done on a ls by buying all the parts from gm parts direct and installing it in your ls has any one done this if so post pics

Umm if you're familiar with cutting a hole in your roof, then go for it.

Best bet is to have bought a car with a sunroof if you really wanted one. Second best bet is to have one installed aftermarket, usually costs upwards of $800.

Sunroofs aren't all they're worked up to be. I have one in my Cavy and rarely use it... I'd rather spend that money on something else.

I use mine alot during the summer and when its hot. But the cost of getting one aftermarket just is not worth it. And Doing it your self you could run into alot of problems like leeks. I would just suck it up and get something els.

^^ What he said. People that have them professionally installed bitch about leaks afterward, so you're pretty much guaranteed to get leaks if you do it yourself.
