Is the stock tint for my factory sunroof glass mixed into the glass or is it an actual coating?

I have some residue that won't come off with alcohol or Goo Gone. It looks like a drop of paint or some hard epoxy like residue. Any ideas on how to remove it?

I work at a paint store. Goo Gone/Oops will take a long time to break up any type of Epoxy. If it is some type of paint drop, try using a razor blade very, very gently at an angle.

It looks like the same stuff they use on the sides of the glass. I'm not sure if the factory sprays that on (the dots and patterns) or if it is adhered, but it looks like overspray for that type of material. It's not coming off and I even tried brake cleaner and the razor blade.

I tried but it just comes up as a black dot.
