First off I have an 07 SS/SC Cobalt. I have an issue where the sunroof wont open. It's getting caught on the drivers side in the back, the motor moves like 1/8th of the way so I believe the motors still work, but if you look at it from the outside you can see how its stuck on that one side. Im looking to see if anyone has maybe had this issue before or has a schematic on the sunroof itself. I was going to take a look at it today but it looks a little too complicated for a after-work job. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

 

Sounds like one of your rails either broke or has something stuck in it.
