Taillight Restoring Question

I recently just removed spray tint from my Taillights.....

I want them to shine again... I buffed them with polishing/Rubbing compound...

I still have no shine lol...

What should I use??

I had the same problem so a buddy of mine and I wet sanded them. Then we used a polishing compound and buffed them. Turned out great.
