ya i am trying to do some appearance mods that are cheap but also good looking and noticible cause there is 15 cobalts at my little school and they all looke the same

That will do it, just don't get too extreme if the cops are dicks around you. I already had 5% window tint so I figure they will stop me for that before the tails. And if one's illegal I should probably have both illegal cause then it wouldn't be worth it IMO to have one and get away with it when I could have two and get away with them. If that makes sense.

I love the smoked tails...I have a custom overlay for the 3rd brakelight on the way with my name (Kira) in the middle instead of Cobalt.

where did u get a custom third brake light at all i have seen is the one that says "cobalt"

i used VHT nightshade as well, but didn't tint the third brake light. depending upon how cops are in your area, i would suggest not tinting the third brake light to avoid confrontations. reason i didn't is because i MURDERED my lights out. used 2 8oz cans for just my four main taillights.

My tails, third brake light and side markers tinted w/Nightshades. I've used this stuff forever. I done it to the park lights on my camaro 7yrs ago and its held up over time.
