well im gettin the taxs back soon and i wanna get my windows tinted first i think that makes the looks of the car but anyway i was wondering what percent i should use the legal percent is 35 soo i dont wanna have it taking off but if you guuys have yours lower i might get it at least down to 20 soo if u guys have picks or suggestions tell me thanks.

Iv gone with the semi metalic tint which is a high quality tint and i got it with a 18% all around! Looks F***ing sweet on my laser blue SS/SC!!!

 

I went with the legal 35 in front and limo (5%) in the rear. I have heard horror stories about cops that hand yoou a scraper and make you take it off right there if it's too dark. Probably just an urban legend but I didn't want to take the chance on having to pay for it twice. Definately go for the metallized tint. It won't get all purple in a year and it stops all the uv rays.

 

I don't think they can force you to rip them off on the spot. Even if they told me to, id tell em to f off and give me my ticket and court date.

But play it safe and get the legal limit, that's what I did and still looks good.
