Tinting the tail lights

I'd like to know another thing. What should i use to tint my tail lights? Tinting spray (nightshade) or can i use window tinting film? Is the window tinting film gonna be strong enough to resist the rain or will it fall down with the rain? Anybody that tinted their tail lights can tell me what they used please? If you used window tinting film, is it strong enough not to fall down?

thank you

SO, anybody tried the window tinting film to tint their tail lights?

I used 1000 grit WET sandpaper.
Wet Sand, light coat of NS X 3
Moderate coat of clear coat, Wet sand and then a final good coat clear coat.
