Whatever material they make this thing out of, I will buy it. The Tjin style trunk gives hands down the best looking ass end on a 'balt. 'nuff said.

before any questions are raised......prep was done 100% correct, the parts were baked at 160 degrees for 1 hour before prepping to allow any mold release agent left in the product to be removed. the guy didnt expect it to be straight so i didnt bother making it staight but it would have been a nightmare in a half if i had to.

your carbon creations stuf i have seen better quality come from but i have about 9 people that can vouch for the absolute **** poor quality and hassle the kit was. sorry if im coming across as a dick but i honestly hate bringing up this subject.
I am not doubting your ability nor am I denying the fact that you may have had problems with your kit. I am not aware of when you purchased your kit but like I said we just recently made adjustments to our customer service department. We do stand behind our products. I feel horrible that you were unable to get this problem resolved through us, but I do want you to know that if you ever plan on purchasing anything from us again, you will have no problems with returning the kit or replacing the kit when fitment is an issue. Waves, swirls are out of our control 99% of the time. Thats why we always recommend that these items be taken to a professional body shop to get the work done. By your statement it doesn't seem like you need a body shop. All I can do is apologize and look forward to making sure that this issue does not effect anyone else, including yourself. Thanks.

ok people i moved and i finally got my internet turned on. stop PM'ing me to reply to extreme dimensions! lol. i told them id send them my trunk already! my only problem is yall are voting on duraflex trunks, i dont want a duraflex trunk otherwise i might as well just keep the **** I got. why would i want a trunk i need to paint when i have a trunk thats painted. I want a carbon trunk. If yall vote duraflex then i might as well keep my OEM trunk lol. its painted with the wing and it needs no adjustments for fitment. why would i want another one of the same thing that just fits worse lmao

They need a test fit car, because they need to fit the final product on an actual car, and make adjustments.

Glad it worked out for you!
believe im not concerned about the waves or **** fitment. its given that with any body kit it needs to be trimmed to fit, holes need to be drilled and it needs to be straightened out. unfinished bondo, gel coat/primer that does not stick, weak spots, cracks, etc etc is bs. i dont care how cheap or expensive a kit is from anyone not just you guys. most of these kits i end up putting on race cars so the waves do not matter they just need to be the same color but when im blowing money on materials because of the stuff you guys applied not adhering properly is a different story.

glad you guys step up to the plate. sucks my materials wont be compensated but IF and i mean IF i ever decide to purchase a kit believe me there will be an ear full if its anything like the last 2 evo kits ive done as you said you have changed the system and upped your quality. i dont have time to deal with that crap again.

as for the tjin trunks....carbon period. screw these guys that want to be cheap.....the other question i have though...with your duraflex bumpers you claim they can bend....these evo bumpers if i were to try and bend them or anything of the sort they would snap in half.

Like Matt was saying that duraflex is SUPPOSED to bend, doesn't that make it a BAD candidate for a trunk? I don't want a flexible trunk. I want a very strong, light rigid one. CF or nothing. Cobalt owners need to learn to do things the right way and not the cheap way.

no there trunk would be rigid. they arent stupid by all means...... my point was they say their duraflex crap is suppose to flex....believe me not one piece of this body kit flexes like the video. its rigid as can be and if i tried to do what they did it would crack in half.
