carbon creations is a division of extreme dimensions

Ok cool, thanks for the info. That proves my point even further. The OP probably really knows wtf he is talking about and his estimates should be pretty accurate then.

ok let me break it to you barney style here....

OP gave a price lower than there OEM CF Trunk which is already made and easier to make...CF yes but its simple.
I highly highly doubt its going to be cheaper than a OEM trunk no matter what the material is.

The fact you did not do research even when I sent the link just proves my point further that you guys are just basing your opinion on the price.

If 2 kits came out for the LSJ say a Stage 2 kit, will you go with Cobalt Addiction or ZZP? ZZP is a lil higher priced but you can rely on there parts, CA is slow at shipping and very unreliable but there cheaper....

Thats the way I see this. You guys are picking CA.

In response to those of you who only want one if you can get it cheap. look at it this way, if they do carbon fiber, the typical thing that always happens on this site will happen. A bunch of people will buy it, then sell it in a few months, because they realized they don't want it, or really need the money, so you'll be able to buy them cheaper used very quickly

I would agree. If in fact it is higher then what I quoted, then I will set up a Group buy to bring the price down. I am going to be looking out for this community like my family.

Also, for the people who really want Duraflex. Don't you think it'd be smarter if we were to just create the wing for your car? and you can take it to a shop and get it painted and molded on?

That's actually a bad idea...like almost everything ..widebodys etc....Having it molded on to a stock truck no matter how well they do it it will crack....there's no way arond that plus with the open and shuting of thr trunk it will happen sooner the. Later...if the op is backing out of doing a duraflex trunk...I wouldnt even bother making just the wing personally

The typical thing that happens on this site is that nobody buys it.
