TWM Releases Type R and Leopard Shift Knobs!

TWM Performance has just released our awesome new Type R and A6 Leopard weighted shift knobs, available in stainless and satin finishes!

The Leopard shift knob looks great, you'd just have to throw a sock or something over it in the heat, that thing looks like it would get really hot!

They look pretty damn good, but how would it work on the SS/Sc's with the reverse lockout. I'm gonna say that they won't, but just making sure before I rule them completely out.

I believe that these are only for the non-SS/SC models.

You're right, the reverse lock causes an issue with these knob designs. We do plan to release a knob called the "sawed off" which is specifically for cars with a reverse lockout. Basically the bottom of the knob has a larger diameter with a large bore to allow the reverse lock sleeve to slide up in to it.

Our SS short shifter will come with a knob as well which is compatible with the reverse lock.
