27th element has the same setup you want
it looks nice, but notr something i would drive

with a sedan, you should be careful how you paint it, because it could make your car look like a bubble (too tall)

very true about the bubble look. i also plan on lowering the car so i think it would cancel that out once it's lowerd.

again, thank you guys for your help. i can't wait till my baby's done

do you have any examples? I want the paint to flow with the body lines, so im not sure what you're talking about will work with the concept.

BTW if you two tone with a dark color on top it usualy gives a slimming look. eliminating the bubble look

Thats what I thought but wasn't sure. I wanted to spread the color around as accent with the rims being gun-metal, I didn't want black/gun-metal on the bottom half of the car with the rims. I just thought that wouldn't look as good.

Ofcourse im going to post pictures. Im just waiting to get through my next months in school to get to paint. Next mod, which is in about a month I will be able to start planning out what paints to use and how im going to do it all. My head shop teacher said that I could paint my car for a minimum of $300 because we get huge discounts through the school, so I want to get some good paint and a really good clear coat. My teacher said there was a really good clear coat that is super strong. Supposedly and I don't know for sure but he said that you could drop a wrench on the car and it wouldn't damage the paint at all. Maybe an eggageration but he said it was good ****.
