Underbody Neon People INSIDE!!!!

So any body here with underbody lights on their car I was just wondering. Have you ever gone threw car washes that spray the underside of your car also? And if you have is there any problems with the underbody kit? I am thinking about getting underbodies but I go threw those car washes some times because my friends work there. Let me know!

Edit: Also is there any problems with your warranty and the underbodies?

If you get some that are designed to go under your car, then you shouldn't have to worry about it. If you think about it, they're designed to withstand somewhat crappy weather, so I doubt spraying them is gonna do anything

I have neons on my car. Like everyone else said they are designed to get wet from rain and other stuff. I have to rewire mine cuz the damn dogs chewed up the wiring. I zipped tied the front and rear tubes. They are snug as bugs lol. Anyways enjoy your lights.

underbody = fast and furious.... better be careful, if you race and slam your laptop closed, the floor pannel will randomly fall out and your 1/4 mile will take 2 minutes to complete

Wow! Thank you so much for your input. I think I'm gonna go rip mine out now. I've now seen the light. Looks like I won't be getting the floor panel delete mod after all.

How about you now answer the question that the thread originator asked, and get the hell out of this thread. If you don't have anything constructive to say, then you don't belong here.

I'm sick and tired of people like this posting their BS when people are asking honest questions. You should be happy I'm not a mod on these boards.

Funny thing is, I'm still probably quite faster then you are. Then again, I guess I would be without the weight of my floor panel.

I'm sorry, but I don't think anyone can get a good answer on underbody lights without someone posting something negative. It's getting old

I am faster then you so my opinion will matter, right?

If the rain/gutters/puddles won't effect the neons, I don't see how a car wash would.

With that said, neons = rice, tf&tf, lame, annoying, 2f2f, rice, silly, embarassing, tf&tf:td, rice, etc., BUT to each his/her own.

when you have a 4700 lb car with worn out shocks and lowering springs that site about 4 inches off the ground, there is nowhere to hide underbody, i had it level with teh pinjch weld but i still managed to break it
