Upper Grill Removal, Almost.. Help

I am so close to having the upper grill removed, I have everything out of the way and what not except there are 2 things that look like clips or maybe plastic screws that are holing to grill to the styrofoam. My question is what are they and how do I remove them without breaking them?

Thanks

Don't you just unscrew them then pull them out?
