the VG's are spreading!

driving around yesterday i saw a dark red evo (similar to sport red on balts) with em and i was like oh cool they actually do look good in person. and then last night i was sitting on my porch and a silver STi drove by and had them too.

STI'S KIDS ARE CRAMPIN THAT STYLE TOOOOO

my mind was blown.

Actually they are SUPPOSED to be effective at cleaning up Flow Seperation between the roofline and a high wing(which would put more downforce on the wing, true). That being said, most people put them on for looks.

LOL @ VG30DETT pics. Haven't seen one of those since my dad closed up his shop. They weren't so fun when you spent all day fixing them, but damn the twin turbo 300zx's were fast for a stock car.

i doubt anyone is using them for downforce unless your running laps in the mid hundreds. most people put em on for looks.

vg's are much cheaper than a mid spoiler too lol

There were chain driven VG's out there as well in the mid 90's.
