Vinyl Question

I got some tribal vinyls to go over my interior trim. not all of it, just a simple design, my trim is painted and the vinyl wont stick.,any thoughts

maybe try some heavy duty spray adhesive on the vinyl? just a thought

You used silicone based products to protect and shine those parts.

Not much sticks to silicone and it's very hard to remove.
