A friend of mine made these, he has a vinyl business. I can send you his link, I don't want to break any rules here. They are vinyl, so they are not expensive.

i started to use a ruler, and then i wound up guestimating it. Rule of thumb, if it looks straight, it is straight.

Well I dunno what someone would charge you to do it, but the vinyls themselves are not expensive. I have worked with vinyl quite a bit, and I have to say putting stripes on is WAY MORE DIFFICULT than I imagined. Getting them straight is tough, especially over the different contours of the car. And our car has alot of weird angles on it. My stripes are not perfect for sure, but I got them pretty close.

SSBLKBTY I really like your HHR. I have a Black 09 as well as my SS/TC, but it's an LT (wife's car--no mods YET).

Thanks. I ordered some new ones, heck why not $20, and I'll paint them all red and put them on straight.
Then next move, gotta drop it some.

honestly i would still keep the ones on the stripes white. i think it looks sick. instead of even ordering new ones, just go out there and take em off and re put them on strait.

 would look sweet

OK, updated. I moved them back and straightened them out. I agree it does look better. I only used 4 per side instead of 5 this time too.

I have them on my car and I love the look, I didn't really care if it had any impact on performance but if there is putting them straight defeats the purpose. oh and I noticed that once I put them on it reduced the amount of flex in the spoiler while I was on the highway greatly!

I had them on correctly but it was suggested to put them on straight, so I tried it. I have a new set coming that I ordered (I'm not happy how the paint on these turned out, so I ordered a primered set) so I am experimenting in the mean time. I thought my wing flexed less too and it seemed like the back of my car was less of a dust/dirt magnet.

How did they come when you bought them, cause mine came primered and I just painted them myself, they turned out pretty well! As for the dust on the back of the car I haven't had a chance to observe that cause I haven't cleaned the car in a while lol

They came black. I asked for primer but the dude (mydigidtaldiscount--ebay) said they had already shipped the black. Took two weeks though for them to come so he was full of it! Anyway, when I painted them the paint wanted to crinkle, so I ordered more in primer, but this time I ordered them direct from the manufacturer.
