Chevy Cobalt/Pontiac G5/Pursuit Black Euro Headlights | eBay

my gen 4s were recently ruined when i was involved in a small wreck. the HID's still work in them tho. im undecided if i want to pay 70 bucks more for the gen 4's again. this **** has really been bugging me and i cant decide.opinions needed

if i get the gen 4's, can i put a silverstar ultra bulb in projector?

and please post pics of silver balts with stock lights with black housings.


can someone photoshop these for me onto my car

they really are the best looking light for the balt. just wondering if itd be better to get the black stockers and save money.

do silverstars have decent output in projectors?

for the money you spend on silverstars you can get a hid kit off ebay.all my hids are off ebay with no problems

dont feel like hooking up HID's
the gen4's i had were plug and play and were 8000k. too blue for me
so if order another set. i will get reg non HIDs and just get the cheapo bulbs

Lol you can get P&P HIDs for your gen4's or stockers.Just as easy as hooking up halogens but hey you wanna waste your money on silverstars have at it.I never liked them when I had my s10 and I had them in the stockers and projectors,Thank god for HIDS

I voted gen4s, for a few reasons:

I got some, they came with Philips halogens that were equal in every way to SilverStar Ultras (because I bought the SilverStars after a bit, and compared, and they were identical).

Also, if/when you do go HIDs, gen4s are easy - plug and play, single, simple H7 bulb.

If you got stockers, going retrofit will be expensive for good work...going HIDs in stockers with retrofitting should be grounds to be beaten half to death.
