what hid's are the brightest...

i have searched multipul times and i have found nothng besides everyone like 6-8k for the white blueish look but i know the lower the value( to an extent i beleave) the brigher... so are the 3k's rilly bright?? i am tinting my headlights and when i say tinting i mean going black with them ... just barley see through and i need some killer bright hid's but i need to know what are the brightest... the color does not matter to me just visable brightness and also a good place to buy them from or if u have them for sale.

also feel free to move if this is not in the right thread( dont know if it go's here or electric place sorry) but it is kinda a visual thing( i need them 2 see )

The lower the kelvin temperature, the whiter the light output will be... If you want it super bright to shine through all that tint then try getting a 50W HID ballast instead of 35W. I think it's like 30% more light output than the 35W or something like that.

Hit up operatic from 3bspec (vendor on here).
He'll help you out.

4300k is the brightest. Go up and you get more blue than brightness. Go down from there and you get more yellow.

6k is the best looking, but for actual light, blazin is right it's something like 4100-4300k.

50w puts out a little more than 30% more output than the 35w. go with the 50w.

no go with the 35W 50W isnt that much better and will have 1/2 the life of a 35w bulb and ballast. and the brightest is 4100k - 4300k

nope... look at the lumnen output between 4300 and 6

5 is the best but hard to come by unless you use 50w ballast

if you are REALLY concerned about it...go with 50 watt, 4300k in a retrofit setup.

35w. retro vs. stock:
