Hey all... quick question.

I've tried numerous things up front on my car... stock bowtie... painted black... decepticon emblem... black bowtie with decepticon emblem from 24designs.

I'm just not happy with the way anything looks up there. I've been running with nothing at all for the past month or so... and the holes bother me.

Suggestions? Pics of what you are running up front on yours?

i painted my bowtie flat black...i love it..

what you could do is shave the whole chevy bowtie thing off..a buddy here did it and it looks super clean

 

what color is ur car?? i saw a white ss with a silver bowtie on here and it looked like teh sex

 

i took the small ss from the door and put it up front i love it, looks very clean i dont like the big ss that you can buy for up front

 

get a red chevy bowtie, just the outline like the ones they use on the hoods and bumpers in nascar. i think it'll give it a sportier look, plus that emblem is pretty sweet, much better than the gold sunburst emblem.

Would be pretty funny if I had a black car... but I just don't see it working on red.

 

why not shave it completly and get it painted . . . the look is clean as hell and its 1 of a kind lol

Looks very clean. You definately have to do a good job; though, cause I've seen that done before and it didn't look nearly as good...

Just color match it to the car. It provides the cleanest look yet. The "SS" badge idea is ok but the grill is shaped wrong and it just doesn't look right. If the grill were shaped for it then it would look great.

 

You could do what I did .. I had a 24designs autobot one on but it didn't look right so I decided to paint my grill and I think it looks alright now. I don't mind it and it looks good.
