Whats the best way to take off the liscense plate holder ( black piece)

Whats the best way to take off the liscense plate holder ( black piece)

Take a drill and drill out the center part of the 3 rivets...

Pull those rivets out along with the holder.

THen go to the auto parts store and buy a package of Body Panel Plugs... Paint them to body color and use them to fill in the holes you drilled!

Did it on my old LSJ and it worked great!

get a drill and drill starting with the smallest bit. then work yourself higher until it comes out. then use magnum steele with match touch up paint to cover it

I just took mine off by drilling out the rivets and going to the autoparts store and getting the plastic plugs. I painted them with the GM Victory red paint and the car looks so much better.
