I got my Mtech cosmos blue from e-bay. I went to a few shops here in Calgary but they were to expensive. search mtec ebay. or H11 xenon bulbs ebay and I am sure you will find what you want.
If not there are tuner shops around Calgary. (speed tech, autodream etc.)
