Where to find inexpensive wheels

I'm looking for some 16'' or 17'' 4x100 Rims for my 06 LS for when I lower it with Stock SS/TC Springs...so far the Classifieds here have turned up dick so I figure I'd ask where the new, or potentially used places are?

I'm looking to spend in the realm of 250-400 for Rims + Tires.
(Hence why I was looking for Stock Alloys...not after markets!)

I know it's a tall order, but I'm bound to turn something up.

ebay, craigslist, etc. You just have to look around for good deals. I picked up a set of 4 Enkei Evo 5's in bronze with tires for $650. They were practically brand new. I was going to purchase the exact same wheels and tires for $1200, saved me about half of that.

Problem is I've only got 400 MAX that's with shipping to spare...
I appreciate the gesture though.
I've talked with him before, but his stuff is still too rich for my blood.
Besides, I feel I'd have a better chance saving buying Stock items since I'm not looking for anything Showy. I just simply want to upgrade to a larger and wider tire. I figure alloys would be appropriate rather than another set of steelys...

Thanks
Not to sure if I'd trust a ricer's wheels though.
As for the discount tire, I'm looking for wheels AND tires.

www.wheelsnext.com (cheap rims + free shipping + rims and tires packages) still going cost you a arm and a leg cuz LS come with 15s so you need buy 4 new tires + rims. Going cost you ~$1,000. I want black 18s rims for my LS so I did all the math and research all ready.
