Wheres The Hoods At???

I have been waiting for them to come out with more hoods. A fibergalsses SS hood in particular. Why arent they "popping" them out. I figured i would start a thread and maybe someone would take notice.

Call me crazy but I think an SRT-4 style hood would look killer on a Cobalt

I mean who do we contact Vis Racing? RK Sport is the one to contact about the SS fiberglass hood.

Only if the cowl is two feet wide and a foot and a half tall. But then again somthign that big you dont' try to look over.

Though an Evo or vent syle hood always looks pretty good. Maybe a TRD 3000GT spinoff?

I want a Heat extractor hood, either single extractor or double ike on the 03/04 cobras.

Most likely a single for the size of our hoods. But this should help the supercharger stay cooler. Good airflow from under the front of the car over the supercharger and out the hood.

carbon fiber ss style hood:

the red ss is heather's car. she's a member on .com, so thank you for the pic heather.

gravana tuning has the rk sport hood in carbon fiber and fiberglass:

gravana tuning also has single and double sided carbon fiber versions of our stock hood.

im just going custome... it will be some sort of extractor/dual extractor hood with a carbon fiber scoop.... the scoop will be CF on my black hood but it will be molded in and painted black on the edges of the Cf so it will look like the whole hood is cf under the paint

That is exactly what I wanted to do when mine got messed up, ended up staying with a stock replacement though.
