we sawed into my hood to make my hood scoop. its completely custom. ill have to see if we can get something replicated and start selling it. we wont be able to make all those hoods by hand but can have a company make them for us since we do now have a prototype ...im not sure exactly how it works but can tell you that we have made some body parts, lights etc. for the ford probe which we were able to get replicated and i think we could probably do the same for the hoods and kits.

 

I'll just throw out that the aftermarket for the cobalt blows ass.

 

Not a bad thought. My problem is that even if I bought the carbon fiber SS hood... it's on backorder till 2068. I'd kinda like to order a hood that I know I'd be getting sometime soon.

 

Well get with that supplier and tell them we want them, I mean right now!! We need more hood options...

 

Believe me ur not trend setting. this has been posted a few times already. I had started a blog asking the same thing. i think we will just have to get them custom made.

 

I already talked to MPD about making a hood for our cars casue their stuff is top notch. They said that there isisnt the demand for hoods for our cars so they are not going to make them for us. I was kinda dissapointed.
