I'm not sure. I'd say check with 24designs.net

I got my "GM Stage WTF?" badge from them and they do custom orders on stuff. Other than that, I have no help for ya. Also, I think it fits well on the SRT-4 but I don't think the Cobalt could pull it off.

No I don't care for 24designs.net not a huge fan of their work
And I have to disagree I believe the cobalt could pull it off

not being able to pull it off is iffy. I like. I have a whole black/red theme going on and my whole front end besides pinstriping at the bottom is red, nothing else in the front is so i think a SS or SS/SC badge on the grill in red would finish up the front nicely.
