hey guys so i ordered a set of gen 4 from ivm1 from ebay what a pain in the ass order placed and payed for on 4/5 no cofomation of sale no tracking # 4/11 still nothing so i emailed him he said they were shiped week before emailed again asked what did you do strap the box to a turdle with gps?? emailed me back today 5/16 with tracking # 04/12/2010 7:31 P.M. FORWARDED TO THE FACILITY IN THE DESTINATION CITY
< thats from ups so he waited a full 24 hours after i 1st emailed him then gave me a line of **** pass the word

 

Ebay parts not such a good idea.

 

i know this now but the 3 other orders 3 days or less i

i just got a email from ivm1 : I will have the shipping department look into this right away. We can refund the shipping you paid for the delay and hassle

me great idea but will it take 2 weeks to get it

 

What do you expect, its ebay. Just be thankful your getting it.

On the bright side your gonna get a good portion of the price back via refund on the shipping. I say they could have had better communication but they made it right.

 

some ebay seller is legit, it all depends.

 

its not a ? of being legit it was just **** poor sevice the parts did show up last night 11 days after the fact but i ordered on the 5th but not shiped till the 12th and lied to about it

 

I've very rarely had a bad experience on ebay. I order a lotta stuff too.

 

Coco701111 was a good person that ive ordered from i had my replacements for my lights like 4 days after i sent them back and got delivered

 

research the company. read feedback from customers how did you pay check or credit card?

 

I gone threw three sets of thoes headlights. Junk gen 4 is what I call them. Sorry but Goodluck
