why do the fogs go out??

why do the fogs go out??

when i turn my brights on the fog lights go off.. is that normal??

yeah thats normal... you don't need fogs when you have your brights on... they do not add anymore light really to help you see in that situation...

Might have something to do with the extra electrial load from the brights; and the fact your fogs are useless with your brights on

well i havent had time to aim my projectors and the left side is really bad when the brights are on..so the fogs help a bit

1) If it's foggy out, you shouldn't use high beams so there's no real need for the fogs if your brights are on.

2) Also, probably the real reason they did it is some places don't allow you to have high beams AND fogs on at the same time.

This isn't the first car I've seen that disables them. A lot of cars also won't let you run the fogs only without the headlights, but for some reason ours will.
