Anyone have suggestions on window tint? I was thinkin black 5% all around w/ a front strip and 15% on the front windows. Tint pics with percentage would be nice. THanks!

20% is decent for nite time visibility IMO....but i find it a little too light looking from the outside since my interior isnt black

 

hey penguin, dont feel bad, my dad said the ss was too much too! well... insurance said i had to keep it under 150 or i would have a nice hike. oh well, still lovin' my black 2 door LS! (145hp baby)

p.s. - your car can never be too clean... especially if its black

 

I just had to get my tint removed yesterday, because i got a ticket from the state police and i had to have it off by my court date... i had 10% on the all the windows...i liked it and now it looks really different because they didnt take it off the back window

 

gotta check those laws man... 27% in sc, not too bad

 

im hopefully getting mine done tomorrow... going with 20% on front windows and probably 5% on rear... and either a 6 or 8 inch window stripe...

 

Personally...I think it looks much better if they are all tinted the same...

 

having the dark in the back will make the front look alot darker...

back when i had a 4dr civic i had 5% on back glass and on rear doors... 20% on front doors... and a 6" top windshield stripe and a 6"bottom windshield stripe...

it was hard to tell the difference between the 20 and the 5 unless the door was open... and the stripes on the windshield made it look like a widescreen movie while driving at night, it was great...
