3M adhesive remover is the fastest, BUT be SURE to cover all the plasic in the car thats close to it or you'll have a bunch of white dots all over your interior haha

sucks you allready took it off for I just did it aswell and I used a garmet steamer and it pulled the tint and glue off all at once and just wiped the window down with windex.lol But grab a razor blade and mix some dish soap n water in a spray bottle. Keep the area ur scrapn wet and go at it. Once all glue is off go back and make sure the little globs of glue arnt in the window channel n such. It takes time to come out with good results so dont rush it.

You can get a prescription for window tint from an eye doctor. That allows you to have it in states where it is illegal.

What? You don't have to take it off at all.

well if u took the side windows off,use soapy water to remove it... spray the drivers side and passanger side windows and let it soak in the glue and take a razor and take it off... for the back window if u peeled it off... on the defroster lines... buy #0000 steal wool, soak the back window,so the glue gets moist and use the steal wool to take it off.... #0000 steal wool will not,i repeat will not scratch the defroster line or scratch the window... i know this because ive been going on a year and a half on tinting...if u want a second opinon... google search it to see if im right!.. oh yea, u can buy steel wool from ur local hardware store for maybe like 4 dollars for a pack..also if ur using a razor.. do not press hard against the glass! it will scratch the window! just press enough to take the glue off.

eaiser said then done, I have glasses and they dont just hand them out. You have to qualify for it in my area. If you dont have glasses or a medical reason that can be proved then its a dead end.

What? You don't have to take it off at all.
Coupe cars have there own rules, unlike trucks n suv's and 4door cars coupes in my state have to be no darker than 35%.

That's the purpose of a prescription. You no longer have to abide by those laws.

Eaiser said then done, i wear glasses and could not prove that one should be issued. dead end unless you have a medical reason that can be proven. I tried n failed.

If the window tint is illegal the state/county will not pay for the tint to be removed because it is the law and he did not abode by it lol.

Actually it's very easy. My friends mostly just walked in, said the light bothered their eyes, and got a prescription. I went to one that the guy who does my window tint referred me to. Some doctors will give them to anyone because they don't believe in the law.

Just because you failed once doesn't mean it can't be done. Ask other car enthusiasts around you and people who do window tinting to find one who will for sure give you a prescription.

the reason why tints are illegal is because the if the driver side and passanger side are dark they say its because u cant see ur mirrors and thats whats caused accidents.. others say is to see inside the car just incase someone pulls a gun on them if the person is "wanted"..then it goes on.. but the main reason why they really pull u over is because its an easy ticket to issue because marjority of the people on the road have it... plus even cops wanted to take it futher that eye doctor could actually get fined for such a thing! thats why some eye doctors never issue a prescription

That is what I have always heard. One time I got pulled over for my tint and the cop told me that he had to run my license to see if I had a record lol. I think that is why they do it half the time. But I'm only 19 so I don't really know how I could have much of a record.

You'd be surprised. My fire dept toured our correctional facility a couple months ago and there's 15 year olds in there for murder.

its pretty much all about money at the end of the day... tickets for illegal modifications... camera lights etc etc... if they really wanted to stop this stuff instead of asking people for payign a fine they should lock people up... if that happens they wont make money onless for bail. but it will never happen because its all about money
