Hey guys a couple questions I think you guys might be able to help me out with:

1) Looking to get my windows tinted here soon. I was wondering for those who have 5% in the rear, what is your visibility like during the day/night? Also, because tinting the front is illegal in my province I was thinking about going with just a lighter tint that wont anger the poe poe. What is a good percentage for that?

2) I want to run HIDs in my car but I'm debating going the money saving route and getting Gen 4's or just going ***** out and getting a retrofit (which I was considering sending them my stockers cause I might park the car for January/February). My question really is what is the light output like on the bulbs that come with the highbeam on the Gen 4's? Is it at least equal to stock? And can you wire it so you can keep the lowbeam on while the highbeam is running?
