Invisible Glass by Stoners and a microfiber towel works just fine for.
What bugs me is how I keep getting a film on the inside of the windows

that's what you get when you use greasy interior cleaner for your dash. the spray has to evaporate and just sticks to your windshield. buying non-greasy interior cleaner should reduce it some. i use invisible glass and newspaper.

I was just watching a show on Spike tv where they were working on a truck I forget which one it was, but this is the tool they recommended, along with stoner's invisible glass spray.
