Wiring projector headlamps

Yes yes...there are some "How To's" on how to wire in the LED's and the halo's, but nothing that I could find that is specific on how the low beams and high beams are wired in.

Anyone willing to help me out here? I am looking at getting the projector headlamps and I want to know what I am getting myself into.

Thanks!

Really? Is there just one plug in behind for both bulbs??

That would sure make it easy!!

You have to use the harness that is attached to the factory headlamp. Once you remove that and hook it up to the projector housing it becomes plug and play.

Ahhh ok. Gotcha! I though that there would be some serious rewiring involved to get the high beams to work seperately.....but if it is that easy.....then that is sweet!!!

Thanks!

Yep, the lows and highs are plug and play. Just disconnect the old head lights and plug in the projectors. Just be careful not to bend any of the prongs in the projectors' connector, somehow mine became bent, so the highs weren't working. I had to go and carefully bend in back into place.

As for wiring the highs and lows to work separately, i.e. lows staying on when you hit your highs (how stock HID setups work), you'd have to wire the lows to come on with your parking lamps or fog lights. This would require the use of a relay since the stock relay will no longer be used to activate the lows. It would also require cutting the wire that powers the lows normally and running a separate circuit. If anyone wants to know how to do this, pm me and I'll post a wiring diagram on here.
