GT500's are governed at like 155... so good luck doing 200+ in one of them. And a Corvette Z06 still struggles to do 200mph IN A STRAIGHT LINE, much less at a track. It can do it... but just barely... same applies for the viper.

Mine made it to 140 pretty easily in stock form. And yes, I'm talking about stock. Light bolt-ons aren't too much of a help there either. Going around a track, as in a road racing track, at 200mph in a car... takes a HELL of a lot.

And yeah, those cars are a damn good definition of fast... that's also why they usually cost $70k or more.

And I know the SS is still an Econo car... I drive one. I put up with its shitty quality everyday.

lol the point that a cobalt struggles to 100.... i do 100 in third.... that picture was at 143 (128 according to gps) and i hit the rev limiter in 4th

these cars do not struggle to 100, or 130

I was just wondering which of those cars you have driven much less owned....and since you are in the toy business...what kind of bike do you own...???and how fast have you been on either 2 wheels or 4...according to GM the stock Corvette will do 300 kph or 185 mph...will do 0-60 in 4.3 seconds...and the Z06 will do it in 3.9....why because we have one...and we have a 08 Cobalt Sport also....which we will be turbo'ing next year...and I think I have stated this before...I have been 300 kph on the back of a bike....my hubby has been 340 kph-200 mph...how many ppl can say that...now who doesn't know what they are talking about...jmo

It is well known that an LS7 Corvette Z06 can do over 200mph. IIRC, 202mph is what GM claimed at the Auto Show. And I know that a Shelby GT500 is governed at 155 or 160, because one of my good friends has one.

And if you were going 185 ON THE BACK of a bike... I'm sorry, but you and the driver are idiots. The bike is not meant to go that fast with a passenger. The fastest that I've been on a bike is about 120mph on an 07 R1. I treasure my life too much to go faster than that on 2 wheels. I don't have enough time behind the bars of bike to get too crazy on one.
