Yellow cobalt w/yellow calipers?

Does anyone have any pics of a yellow cobalt with yellow calipers? I really wanna paint mine but i am up in the air between yellow or red.


nevermind, i finally found a pic after searching on this site for a while i couldn't find anything. then i tried google and found this on cobaltss.net

I have yellow calipers on a yellow balt and it looks good. I say go for it

I have been debating over painting mine gloss black or yellow. Or maybe even a poliched look. BTW, those look good.

Heard that the yellow requires more than a few coats...more than the darker colors to look good. Nothing wrong with that, just be ready for it, plan for extra coats and extra drying time as you go through the wheels. You really want the yellow (as a light color) to be dry completely, as you don't want any brake dust to stick to it prematurely. So...extra time for yellow. I would give each painted caliper a solid 24 hours of dry time from the time of the last coat.

Yellow takes a few more coats yes. But if you buy the DUPLICOLOR Caliper kit thats enough for the front two for sure. Its a good 7 hours worth of work. And no need to let dry for 24 hours, a good 12 works.
