Last Sunday I took the balt out to play. You have no idea what this car can do until you take it to the track. Enjoy!

While I can definitely appreciate the fun of chasing down other cars, you need to be aware of what's going on with yourself. You have bad habits forming that are going to get you into trouble later if you're not careful.

I've been "chasing down other cars" ON A TRACK for many years. What is your point?

I usually try not to be a dick on forums. But, with an additude like that no wonder why you drive like ****. Next time your on a track take an open mind and an instuctor.
I see you're in Broomfield. May I suggest that you give SCCA autocross a try - I'm sure you'd like it. Go to Rocky Mountain Solo Series Home Page to get on the Rocky Mountain SCCA SOLO II website. You can register there to autocross (the next event's at the World Arena in Colorado Springs on the 14th of this month). Everything you need to know is there -- you can even print up numbers and class from a tool on the site.
Given your level of tune and your mods, you could run in STX (a street tire class), DSP (where I run - but it's usually on slicks), or SMF (and you'd be very outclassed because of the mods allowed in the class). So I'd recommend you take a shot in STX. It's the 'winter season' so it doesn't count for points and they allow a lot of leaway. I think you'd enjoy it.
There are also 'loaner' helmets and you would be able to ride with other drivers if you want.
If you have questions or want more info, PM me. I'm running the 14th with my Cobalt SS - look for 165 DSP.
