If they're warehouse kept which tire rack does they will be fine for some time. iirc car and driver just published an article discussing this very point, if there are cracks be concerned. the tires he got have no cracks and he's under the 10 year mark

How Old - and Dangerous - Are Your Tires?
They've been properly stored in a warehouse not subjected to any of the conditions that would cause them to deteriorate, no sub freezing temps and you'd never know they are 2009 production unless I told you (or you read the date on them I guess).

It'll be a little while before I get to try my set out since my NT01's have one maybe two track days left in them... If anyone runs them before then I'm definitely in for a review!!

I'll probably run them before you, only problem is I have only ever run street tires so can't give much of a comparison as they'll feel amazing regardless.
