Great deal on slicks at Tirerack - 89 bucks a tire!
I personally would not buy a new old tire because it may come apart. But read this article. Can enlighten u a bit.

I ordered a set right around the time this was posted.
They've been properly stored in a warehouse not subjected to any of the conditions that would cause them to deteriorate, no sub freezing temps and you'd never know they are 2009 production unless I told you (or you read the date on them I guess).

It'll be a little while before I get to try my set out since my NT01's have one maybe two track days left in them... If anyone runs them before then I'm definitely in for a review!!
