Head Light Removal

Hey guys i was thinking since we dont need headlights for road racing, just tail lights. Has anyone removed their driver head light and possitioned the filter there for better intake temps and ram air ?? just a shot in the dark lol would u do it ?

Why or Why not ....

i would just remove my foglight since with injen cold air intakes thats right where the filter is

u do have in injen right ? who doesn't?

but yea man take off ur headlight and look down there from what i remember the filter sits RIGHT behind that m'f-er.

then heck, you could fab in a piece of metal or set up a 3 or 4" fan to bring in even moar cold air right there!

come to think of it, maybe putting a piece of metal there would be good in the winter for keeping slush away from the intake. i worry about that, i don't think those hydrofilters really do much for water avoidance
