new to auto X

Ive been auto crossing my friends Miata and want to switch over to my cobalt. Will the car be legal with my mods? 2.8 injectors etc?

with a smaller pulley you go directly into street mod

Thanks, that's what I thought but @ Kansas city Sunday a guy said he didn't know if those type of mods were even allowed.
