new to autocrossing.
So I've never been in an autocross event (or any car of auto racing event for that matter) before but I would like to try it out this year. What do I need to know? What kinds of things do I need to expect? I'm driving an 08 cobalt LT with the following Mods:
Koni adjustable shocks/struts
SSi springs
Cobalt addiction strut bar
Bwoody sway bar endlinks
FE5 control arms
Eibach rear sway bar
Bwoody rear strut bar
Ingalls torque dampner
K/N sri
Tsudo catback
What should I expect? What should I do to get ready for my first time? What should I have with me?
Any and all help would be appreciated! Thanx everyone!

Go early. Walk the course. Watch other runs, and notice how smooth is fast. You'll notice a difference between a happy squealing tire, and a shrieking unhappy tire. The latter will just slow you down.
Practice, practice, practice. It makes far more difference than the car, or the mods on the car.

Try to go on the novice walk if there is one. Look ahead. try to keep both hands on the wheel. Have fun
You will want to bump up your front tire pressures to 40-45psi.
