Heel-toe aint too bad in this car. I just wish there was more room down by the gas pedal. I wear size 12 boots (or big shoes) usually and I got no room to 'twist' my foot like the traditional method suggests. I normally just use the ball of my big toe on the brake pedal and twist my ankle down to the gas so the right side of my foot hits the gas. Don't have any problems.
I just wish there was more room, my buddies evo, 350z, hell even my jeep, have plenty of room to twist even a big foot to the side and get some proper footwork in. Nothing I can't overcome, I've been doing it this way in my lsj and now lnf for a few years, and I feel confident about it, but it'd still be nice...

Yeah, I don't put my ebrake up after i'm done with a run. No, I haven't adjust the brakes yet although that's what I plan to do.

Obviously having a good time on the new wheels, had my rear shocks set up a little hard and car was fairly loose in the corners and braking. Left a lot of time on the course. Slowly getting the car dialed in.

I run track days and high speed autox, which is just a Top Gear lap, standing start from pit lane, once around the track. As for my car....
06 Ion Redline with comp package.
Upgrades to power/cooling:
M62 ceramic coated rotors on a 2.9
GMR head, reworked with supertechs by Powell (big 32hp gain on the head alone, ft/lbs up by 22)
K&N cai (soon to come off and go back to stock)
Pwerks tune
zzp stage 3 injectors
zzp long tube header w/cat
Powel pcv system
Powel trapdoor oil pan
ced wheel hop kit (axles and mounts)
Griffin intercooler, dual pass, soon going to single pass from Powel, opt b and I flipped the air dam for more of a forward bite in the air and Pwerks fabbed up a frame to support it at track speeds.
I'm forgetting something....anyway 260hp 238 ft/lbs
brakes: Brembo kit up front, stock rears, pads vary depending on prices at time. Usually stock brembo pads and stoptech track pads on back.
Suspension: all things powel here lol...
Fe5 control arms with Powel bushings, yyz ver1 springs, koni yellows at 75% stiff front, 25% rear. eibach front bar(not worth doing btw), xxx rear bar from powel, twisting beam bushing...again from some dude in Canada, Moog endlinks.
Trans: lsd, 4.45, hurst short throw
Tires/Wheels: street, Z2s 235/40/17 on sparco asseto gara in black. track OZ allergita or however ya spell it with hoosier A6s 225/40/17.
I'm probably forgetting something, but ya get the idea. Going to single pass and tvs with a powell fuel set up to support it all.
ah...alignment specs: -2.0 camber up front, -.5 ish or best I can get on rear caster 3.5, and toe dead 0. I would go with a bit of toe out if I wasn't daily driving the car and probably add more neg camber too.
